I received a comment on this post that someone thought SQM was a scam. Rest assured -Service Quality Management - SQM is a well respected company. They have a thorough training program,and I have completed and been paid for numerous shops by this company. If you have had an experience with another company claiming to be SQM, I am sure they would like to hear from you.
